Just days before her Midas touch extends to Australia’s East Coast, Gossling is pleased to welcome special guests Little Scout and Whitaker to the "Harvest Of Gold" Tour. Taking in Brisbane’s Alhambra Lounge on Friday 15th November, Melbourne’s The Corner Hotel on Wednesday 20th November and Sydney’s Oxford Art Factory on Saturday 23rd November, these shows provide the first live taste of Gossling’s new album Harvest Of Gold.
Armed with self-produced sophomore effort Are You Life, Little Scout’s layered, striking soundsprove the perfect appetiser. Well accustomed to life on the road, their little black book recounts shows alongside the likes of Sharon Van Etten (US), School of Seven Bells (US) and Camera Obscura (UK).
Whitaker will also take to the stage in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney; a welcome change for the Melbourne-based trio who have spent the better part of the year recording in old halls and convents around their hometown. They’ll bring their latest wares to life, ahead of releasing new EP "Wichita" on November 22.
The tour follows on from Gossling’s recent UK and US run which left international media and industry alike sniffing around for more. USA’s Rolling Stone was the most recent to jump on board, giving away album track ‘That Feeling’ via rollingstone.com.au. More international news is to come shortly, with demand for Gossling’s return heightening.
