Sigh No More, Mumford & Sons Return!  25 March 2010

This Australia Day, on their first visit with us, these young London lads witnessed their hit single ‘Little Lion Man’ being voted the #1 spot atop triple j’s hottest 100. A crowd favourite at Laneway, the Mumford & Sons set turned into a crowd sing-along with every tune, which the band found elating and even overwhelming.

“Live they are uplifting and intense, with front man and namesake Marcus Mumford both genuine and emotional as he tore through each chorus”Drum Media

Mumford & Sons are, first and foremost, a live experience. For them, that’s what it’s all about - getting up there and connecting with the audience. As those lucky few who scored a ticket to their Sydney sideshows will attest, seeing them live brings the heartache, the joy and the hoedown of their No. 1 Platinum album to life.  Amongst the heartfelt songs, their humble, humorous, witty banter makes you fall in love with them all over again. And they in turn fell in love with our Australian audiences.

Secret Sounds are pleased to announce the winter tour and ladies & gentlemen, these boys will not disappoint. Tickets are on sale the Thursday after Easter.

No Perth is incredibly disappointing.

I was lucky enough to see their set at Laneway and the Perth crowd absolutely loved them. 7000 people packed into that stage area to watch them.

PLEASE reconsider missing Perth.
